Built with love, care, and countless hours of family effort, our villas reflect the values we grew up with: hospitality, simplicity, and authenticity. As locals of Kos, our goal was to create something we’d be proud to share with travelers from all over the world. A retreat that honors our island, our heritage, and the beauty of slowing down.

The name “Nympheas” draws inspiration from the ancient nymphs—mythical daughters of Neptune, guardians of nature and water. Just like them, our villas are closely tied to the elements: bathed in natural light, kissed by the sea breeze, and surrounded by peaceful landscapes.
